Type: Bearing Housing – Bearing Cover Assembly Locking Fixer, for Track Track Rollers/Carrier Rollers, Anti-loosening and Anti-move
Material: 42CrMo alloy steel, quenched and tempered heat treatment, blackened surface oxidation, tensile strength ≥1080MPa, fatigue resistant, impact resistant
Key Dimensions: Diameter approx. 42mm, length approx. 65mm, thread specification M36×2, single weight approx. 1.2kg, compatible with 094-4860/094-4861 mounting holes
Compatible Models: Track track rollers/carrier rollers of CAT 320, 323, 326 excavators, 950, 962 and other wheel loaders
Matching Relationship: Matches with 094-4860 bearing housing and 094-4861 bearing cover; single bearing housing uses 2 Symmetrical Installation and Locking
Suitable for:
Suitable Parts: Connection between the bearing housing and bearing cover of track track rollers/carrier rollers. This locking component prevents axial movement and bolt loosening, ensuring sealing and lubrication.
Application Scenarios: Medium to heavy-duty applications such as urban construction, road construction, and earthmoving. Suitable for the tracked walking mechanisms of small and medium-sized excavators and wheel loaders, improving the stability and safety of the walking system.
Core Functions: Locks the bearing housing and bearing cover, preventing axial movement and bolt loosening, ensuring sealing and preventing grease leakage, extending the life of the bearings and walking mechanism, and reducing maintenance frequency.
Installation and Maintenance Points:
Installation: Clean the fixing threads and mounting holes, apply anti-loosening adhesive, and tighten in 2-3 steps diagonally to the specified torque (approximately 280-320 N·m). Ensure the bearing housing and bearing cover fit without gaps. After fixing, check for looseness and axial movement.
Maintenance: Check the tightness of the retainers and the effectiveness of the anti-loosening adhesive every 250 hours. If loosening is found, tighten immediately and reapply anti-loosening adhesive. Regularly check for abnormal bearing rotation noise and temperature; disassemble and repair any problems found.
Replacement: Prioritize original parts. Verify the model and dimensions. After installation, test the walking mechanism to ensure it operates normally, without abnormal noise, loosening, or leakage.
