Item Details
Part Model CAT 094-7111 (0947111) Upper Fixture
Type Heavy-duty machinery upper locking fixture, suitable for hydraulic pump/motor end caps, bearing seats, anti-loosening, anti-axial movement
Material 42CrMoA alloy steel, tempered and heat-treated, surface anodized black + Dacromet coating, tensile strength ≥1100MPa, impact resistant, corrosion resistant
Key Dimensions Diameter approx. 52mm, length approx. 78mm, thread specification M48×2, single weight approx. 2.2kg, suitable for corresponding mounting holes
Compatible Machines CAT 330, 336 and other excavators, 972, 980 and other wheel loaders, suitable for hydraulic/transmission systems of C9.3, C13 and other engines
Matching Relationships Commonly used with gaskets and lock nuts, single component with 2-4 Symmetrical Installation and Locking
Suitable for: Upper side of the front cover of hydraulic pumps, upper side of the rotary motor bearing housing, gearbox output shaft end cover, etc. The locking assembly prevents loosening due to vibration, ensures sealing and lubrication, and avoids oil leakage and component wear.
Application Scenarios: Suitable for severe vibration conditions such as mining, large-scale earthmoving, and heavy-duty hoisting. Adaptable to medium and large-sized equipment power systems, improving operational stability and safety.
Core Functions: Provides high-strength locking to counteract vibration and impact loads, prevents bolt loosening and axial movement of components, protects seals and bearings, extends component life, and reduces maintenance frequency.
Installation and Maintenance Points:
Installation: Clean the threads and mounting holes, apply CAT special anti-loosening adhesive, and tighten in 2-3 steps diagonally to the specified torque (approximately 420-460 N·m), ensuring a tight fit without gaps. After fixing, check for looseness and axial movement.
Maintenance: Check the tightness and coating integrity every 300 hours. Tighten immediately and reapply anti-loosening adhesive if loose. Regularly check for abnormal noises and temperatures in related components; disassemble and repair if abnormalities are found.
Replacement: Prioritize original parts. Verify model and dimensions. After installation, test the power system to ensure it operates normally, without abnormal noises, leaks, or looseness.
