Tighten the bolts with a torque wrench to the Caterpillar’s recommended torque (typically 250-300 N·m, refer to the model manual for specific details) to prevent loosening. After installation, check the track shoe clearance and tightness to ensure there is no looseness or misalignment.

Maintenance Cycle: Check bolt torque, track plate deformation, and wear every 250 hours. In harsh working conditions such as mining, this period can be shortened to 100 hours.

Replacement criteria: If the fixing plate is deformed, cracked, or the bolt holes are worn or deformed, making it impossible to effectively tighten the track plates, it must be replaced in time. When replacing, it should be replaced in pairs or on the whole side. Original parts should be used first to avoid affecting the stability of the track system due to dimensional deviations and insufficient material strength.
