The CAT 095-9760 (0959760) is a spring base for the track tensioner cylinder of the 760GT tracked chassis. It is a cup-shaped cast steel structure with a central locating hole, compatible with models such as the 349/352/374/395 excavators and 982/988 loaders. Installed inside the tensioner cylinder, it supports the 095-9732 main compression spring, positions the 095-9380 spring seat, and works in conjunction with the 095-9643/095-9665 retainer to ensure spring coaxiality and uniform force distribution. Suitable for heavy-duty, high-frequency vibration conditions, it protects the cylinder inner wall and the 095-8931 Cat® bearing.

Application Scenarios: Suitable for heavy-duty operations such as mining stripping, rock crushing, and tunnel excavation. It withstands high-frequency impacts and alternating loads from the 095-9732 spring, preventing spring eccentricity from causing scratches on the cylinder inner wall and wear on the guide sleeve. It is suitable for high-intensity working environments.
