Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation Steps: Clean the cab floor mounting surface, align the four-point mounting holes, and tighten with 8.8 grade M12 bolts to a torque of 60-70 N·m. After installation, test that the slide rails slide smoothly without jamming and that the seat belt locking function is normal.
Adjust the spring preload according to the operator’s weight to ensure the seat suspension travel is in the middle position, the backrest angle is adjusted to approximately 110°, and the lumbar support fits snugly against the back.
Maintenance Cycle: Inspect every 1000 hours under standard operating conditions; shorten to 500 hours under mining conditions. Focus on checking the slide rail lubrication, spring elasticity, seat belt locking performance, and fabric wear.
Replacement Standard: If the spring is broken/deformed, the slide rail is stuck, the seat belt locking mechanism is ineffective, the fabric is damaged or leaking, or the adjustment mechanism is malfunctioning, the entire seat must be replaced. If it cannot be repaired, it cannot be reused.
