Suitable applications:
Installation and positioning: Used at the bottom of the seat’s mechanical suspension mechanism, connecting the seat base to the cab floor. Four-point M12 bolt installation, torque 45-55 N·m. Positioning pins ensure spring center alignment. Dust covers prevent dust from entering the spring gaps.

Working conditions: Suitable for low-to-medium frequency vibration conditions. Base positioning and cushioning ensure stable spring suspension travel, reducing seat sway and improving driving comfort.

Installation and Maintenance Points

Installation Steps:
Clean the mounting surface, align the four mounting holes, insert the locating pins, and tighten with M12 bolts, ensuring the base is level.
Install the spring and dust cover, pre-tighten the lock nut to 10-15mm of spring compression, and test for smooth, unobstructed suspension travel.

Maintenance Cycle: Inspect every 1000 hours under standard operating conditions, and every 500 hours under harsh operating conditions. Focus on checking the base coating, loose locating pins, damaged dust cover, and the clearance between the spring and base.

Replacement Criteria: Replace the entire base if it is deformed/cracked, the locating pins are worn more than 0.5mm, the dust cover is damaged, or the threads are stripped. If it cannot be repaired, it cannot be used.
