Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation Steps:
Clean the mounting area on the side of the rail, align the mounting holes, and tighten the bracket with M6 bolts, ensuring the lock tongue aligns with the rail teeth.
Install the paddle and pin, test for smooth locking/unlocking, proper lock tongue return without jamming, and no seat movement after locking.

Maintenance Cycle: Check every 500 hours under standard operating conditions; shorten to 200 hours under harsh operating conditions. Focus on checking lock tongue wear, spring fatigue, paddle breakage, and bracket loosening.

Replacement Standard: If lock tongue wear exceeds 0.5mm, spring failure, paddle cracking, bracket deformation, or stripped threads, the entire unit must be replaced. Continued use without repair is not permitted.
