Installation and Maintenance Points

Installation Steps:
Clean the housing mounting surface and retainer. Insert the positioning clip into the housing mounting slot and tighten with M6 bolts to a torque of 8-10 N·m.
Install the return spring and locking pawl. Test that the pawl reliably engages with the screw tooth groove under spring action, and that there is no jamming during unlocking. Ensure the dust cover is properly installed.

Maintenance Cycle: Check every 800 hours under standard operating conditions; shorten to 400 hours under harsh operating conditions. Focus on checking pawl tooth wear, spring fatigue, clip loosening, and dust cover damage.

Replacement Standard: If pawl tooth wear exceeds 0.2mm, spring elasticity is weakened, clip is broken, dust cover is damaged, or locking force is insufficient, the entire unit must be replaced. Continued use is not permitted without repair.
