Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation Steps:
Clean the housing mounting holes and retainer. Insert the positioning shaft into the housing mounting holes, secure the retaining circlip, align the paddle with the gear teeth, and install the torsion spring to keep the paddle locked.
Install the dust cover. Test that the unlocking and locking actions are smooth, without jamming or abnormal noise. After locking, the seat should not be loose, and the dust cover should fit snugly without damage.

Maintenance Cycle: Check every 800 hours under standard operating conditions; shorten to 400 hours under harsh operating conditions. Focus on checking paddle tooth wear, spring fatigue, retaining circlip loosening, and dust cover aging.

Replacement criteria: If the wear of the paddle teeth exceeds 0.2mm, the spring elasticity is weakened, the retaining ring is broken, the dustproof gasket is damaged, or the locking force is insufficient, the entire piece must be replaced and cannot be repaired or continued to be used.
