Installation and Maintenance Points

Use the hot fitting method (heating the bearing to 80–100℃) or cold pressing method to ensure the bearing inner ring fits snugly against the journal and the outer ring is securely in place with the bearing housing. After installation, control the axial clearance to 0.05–0.1 mm.

Tighten the bearing cap bolts to the specified torque (M12 bolts 80 N·m), and add grease until overflowing to ensure adequate lubrication of the rollers and raceways.

Maintenance Recommendations: Check the bearing temperature (≤80℃), noise, and vibration every 800 working hours. If the temperature rises abnormally or unusual noises occur, disassemble and inspect.

Replace the bearing immediately if the bearing clearance is >0.15 mm or if pitting or peeling occurs on the rollers/raceways.
