Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, clean the journal (surface roughness Ra≤0.8 μm, no scratches/burrs) and housing bore. Use a special sleeve to evenly press in (press the outer ring end face, pressing force ≤30 kN). Do not strike the inner ring. The journal needs heat treatment (HB 220–250), surface hardness ≥HRC 40 (hardened layer ≥1.5 mm).
Clearance Control: After installation, use a dial indicator to measure the radial clearance, ensuring 0.02–0.05 mm. If the clearance exceeds the tolerance, check the bearing housing bore roundness (≤0.01 mm) or journal wear (>0.02 mm requires repair).
Lubrication Requirements: The bearing is pre-filled with lithium-based grease (NLGI Grade 2, filling 30%–40% of the bearing’s internal space). During operation, forced oil lubrication is achieved through the bearing cavity (pressure ≥20 kPa). Check the oil quality/level every 1000 hours to prevent seal aging.
