Installation and Maintenance Points (Raw Data):

Installation: Clean the bearings, shaft diameter, and mounting holes, ensuring no metal shavings or oil contamination. Press-fit in a cold state. Apply even pressure to the inner ring end face using specialized tooling, with a pressing force of 8-10 kN, ensuring coaxiality ≤0.015 mm.

After installation, check the radial clearance, controlling it to 0.03-0.06 mm, ensuring unobstructed lubrication channels without jamming.

Maintenance: Check bearing condition every 2500 hours. Replace immediately if there is no pitting on the roller surface, no damage to the cage, and the clearance exceeds 0.12 mm.

Change transmission fluid (API GL-5) every 2000 hours, keeping the fluid level at the middle mark on the dipstick.
