Material and Manufacturing Process: The clamp body is formed by stamping. Galvanized and passivated (salt spray resistance ≥96 hours), bolts are 8.8 grade alloy steel, with Phillips head (compatible with PH2 screwdriver), thread precision 6g, anti-loosening method is pre-coated thread locking adhesive (Loctite 243).

Assembly and mating: Installed in the pre-set mounting holes on the valve cover/fuel distribution pipe, fixed with M6×12 bolts (torque 8-10 N・m), gap between clamp and fuel line 0.2-0.5 mm. mm. After installation, check that the oil pipe is not twisted, the retaining clamp is not interfered with, and the anti-loosening marks are aligned.
Installation and Maintenance Points:
Before installation, clean the retaining clamp and mounting surface, check that the retaining clamp is not deformed, the bolts are not damaged, the threads of the valve cover mounting hole are not stripped, and the surface of the high-pressure oil pipe is free of scratches/dents.
During assembly, align the retaining clamp jaws with the oil pipe and tighten the M6 bolts with a torque wrench to 8-10 N·m, ensuring that the jaws fit evenly with the oil pipe. Avoid overtightening to prevent damage to the oil pipe or undertightening to prevent vibration and wear.
Maintenance Recommendations: Check the clamping condition every 500 hours. If the galvanized layer peels off, the bolts loosen, or the jaws deform, immediately replace the retaining clamp and bolts to prevent the oil pipe from falling off or leaking.
