Installation and Maintenance Points:
Preparation before installation: Clean the mounting hole and shaft surface, removing burrs and oil; check the roundness of the mounting hole ≤0.03mm, ensuring the interference fit meets the standard; use a special press-fitting tool, and do not strike the end face of the fastener to prevent deformation.
Installation Steps: Apply a small amount of grease to the inner wall of the mounting hole, and smoothly press the fastener into place until the mounting hole is in position, with the end face flush with the end face of the hole; install the sealing ring, ensuring the sealing lip faces the pressure side; tighten the fastener with bolts, with the torque conforming to Caterpillar specifications (M16 bolt torque approximately 120 N·m).
Maintenance and Replacement: Check the sealing performance of the fastener and seal every 2000 hours. Replace the fastener immediately if it shows wear, deformation, or leakage; avoid contact between the fastener and corrosive media to prevent material damage.
