Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, clean the shaft end threads, bearing inner ring, and retainer, checking for cracks and deformation. Apply medium-strength anti-loosening adhesive (such as Loctite 243) to the retainer threaded end, screw it into the shaft end threads, and pre-tighten with an Allen wrench to 55-60 N·m, ensuring a tight fit between the flange end face and the bearing inner ring.

Maintenance every 2000 hours: Check the retainer pre-tightening torque; if loose, retighten to the specified torque. Inspect the retainer surface for rust and thread wear; replace immediately if problems are found. Also check the bearing clearance to ensure it is normal.
