Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)

Installation: Clean the wear-resistant sleeve and mounting base. Install using the press-fit method (pressure ≤90 kN), ensuring flush end faces. After installation, radial runout ≤0.010 mm. Welding or heat fitting is prohibited to prevent changes in material properties.

Maintenance: Replenish grease every 500 hours, filling the wear-resistant sleeve to 1/3-1/2 of its volume. Check wear every 2000 hours. Normal use is achieved when inner diameter wear is ≤0.10 mm; replace if exceeding this limit.
