Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, clean the inner and outer rings of the bearing and the mounting holes of the push arm. Apply Cat-specific lithium-based grease to the bearing. Insert the locating ring into the mounting groove. Use hydraulic tooling to press-fit the bearing (press-fitting force ≤ 50 kN). Tighten the bearing cap bolts (M24×3) diagonally to a torque of 380 N·m. Ensure the dust cover and sealing ring are flush.
Maintenance Cycle: Check the bearing clearance every 1500 hours (replace if radial clearance > 0.3 mm). Clean and replenish grease. Check for seal damage; replace the sealing ring immediately if leakage is found.
