Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data):
Installation: Clean the flange surface and sealing groove, ensuring they are free of oil and metal shavings. After installing the O-ring, apply hydraulic oil for lubrication. Pre-tighten the bolts to a torque of 45-50 N·m (alloy steel bolts).
The flange surface mating gap should be ≤0.05 mm. Use a cross-symmetrical tightening method to prevent uneven loading from causing seal failure.
After installation, perform a 30-minute pressure test at 35 MPa. No leakage indicates合格 (qualified).
Maintenance: Check the sealing condition every 3000 hours. Replace any aged/damaged O-rings immediately.
Regularly check bolt torque to prevent loosening. It is recommended to change the appropriate hydraulic oil every 2000 hours (API CF-4 and above).
