Use a special press to cold press it in place. Do not strike the end face to prevent deformation.
After installation, ensure an interference fit (0.015-0.025mm) and a clearance fit (0.012-0.022mm) with the pin to ensure smooth and unobstructed rotation.
After assembly, check the coaxiality to be ≤0.02mm. Apply lithium-based grease promptly after installation.
For disassembly, use a special puller to remove the bushing. When replacing, check the pin and mounting hole for wear. If the wear is >0.05mm, repair or replacement is required.
