Installation and Maintenance Points
Preparation before installation: Clean the journal and bearing housing bore, removing burrs and oil stains; check the journal roundness ≤0.01mm, the interference fit between the bearing inner ring and the shaft 0.01-0.02mm, and the clearance between the outer ring and the housing bore 0.01-0.02mm; use a copper rod or special sleeve for installation, and strictly prohibit striking the balls and cage.
Installation steps: Heat the bearing inner ring to 80-100℃ (hot fitting, temperature difference method) or press it smoothly into the journal using a press; install the bearing and shaft assembly into the housing bore, ensuring the outer ring is concentric with the housing bore; after installation, check the end face runout ≤0.02mm, and the radial clearance meets the C3 group requirements (0.012-0.025mm).
Maintenance and Replacement: Check the condition of the grease every 2000 hours and replenish the grease every 500 hours; replace the bearing when it makes abnormal noise, the temperature rises above 70°C, or the radial clearance exceeds 0.05mm; avoid overload and uneven load to prevent fatigue spalling of the balls and raceways.
