Suitable operating conditions include: heavy loads, high vibration, and transmission systems with angular deviations between shafts and bearing housings, such as reduction gearbox input/output shafts and rear axle differential shafts.

Assembly Fit: Compatible with 45 mm diameter shafts (tolerance m6, +0.015/+0.002 mm), and 100 mm diameter bearing housing bores (tolerance H7, +0.035/0 mm). Axial positioning is achieved via the shaft shoulder and bearing cap. Preload should be adjusted according to the equipment manual. Recommended grease lubrication is Cat DEO-ULS No. 2 lithium-based grease, filled to 1/3-1/2 of the bearing’s internal space.
Installation and Maintenance: Before installation, clean the shaft and bearing housing bore. Check the bearing inner and outer rings and rolling elements for cracks/rust, ensure the cage is not deformed, and maintain the surface roughness Ra of the shaft and bore ≤ 0.8. μm, free of scratches/dents.

Hot-fit inner ring: Heat the bearing inner ring in an 80-100℃ constant temperature oil bath for 5-10 minutes, then quickly install it onto the shaft, using the shaft shoulder for positioning. Cold-fit outer ring: Cool the outer ring in an environment of -20 to -30℃ for 30 minutes, then install it into the bearing housing bore, ensuring the outer ring end face fits snugly against the housing step.

Maintenance recommendations: Check the bearing operating temperature (≤80℃) and vibration value (≤2.5 mm/s) every 1000 hours. For grease lubrication, replenish grease every 2000 hours. Replace the bearing immediately if abnormal noise, abnormal temperature rise, or clearance exceeds 0.1 mm.
