Wear-resistant and temperature-resistant: The bearing steel is quenched, resulting in excellent hardness and wear resistance. The phenolic resin cage is high-temperature resistant and anti-aging, suitable for high-temperature hydraulic oil operation, extending service life.
Low friction and high efficiency: The low coefficient of friction between the rollers and raceways reduces energy loss, improves motor transmission efficiency, and lowers hydraulic system energy consumption.
Installation and maintenance points: Before installation, clean the bearing housing bore, shaft diameter, and bearing, checking for burrs, scratches, and cracks. Press the bearing into the housing bore using a press (pressure 5-8 MPa), ensuring the end face is flush with the bore. Do not strike the rollers or cage to prevent damage.
Maintenance every 2000 hours: Check for abnormal bearing noise, housing temperature (≤90℃), and shaft diameter wear (maximum wear ≤0.05 mm). Replace immediately if exceeding tolerances. Regularly check the hydraulic oil level and cleanliness; Cat HYDO 10 hydraulic oil is recommended for lubrication.
Original parts should be used preferentially. Aftermarket parts may have problems such as insufficient roller precision and insufficient cage strength, which can easily lead to premature wear, roller detachment, and motor jamming and failure.
