Installation and Maintenance Points

Installation: Clean the shaft and bearing housing holes, remove burrs and oil stains, and check the bearing for cracks, undamaged rollers, and smooth rotation.

Install using a cold-pressing method. Apply pressure evenly to the end faces of the inner and outer rings using specialized tooling; do not strike. After installation, ensure a tight fit between the bearing and shaft (0.012–0.020 mm) with no looseness.

After installation, adjust the axial clearance to 0.025–0.040 mm to ensure operational flexibility and load-bearing capacity.
