Installation and Maintenance Points: Clean the shaft and housing bore before installation; housing bore surface roughness Ra≤1.6. The bearing is burr-free and has a fine, burr-free finish. Cold-press installation (pressure head against the outer ring end face) avoids damage to the needle rollers and inner ring raceway. After installation, the inner ring end face runout is ≤0.03 mm.
The shaft and inner ring have an interference fit (40 mm, m6), while the bearing housing and outer ring have a transition fit (60 mm, H7). The press-in force is controlled at 8–12 kN to prevent outer ring deformation.
Lubrication uses Cat MTO-1000 extreme pressure lithium-based grease, filling 1/3 of the bearing cavity volume. Lubrication is replenished every 1000 hours, shortening to 600 hours under humid conditions.
Every 2000 hours, the bearing clearance (radial clearance >0.1 mm) or abnormal noise is checked. If needle roller wear or cage damage is found, the bearing is immediately replaced to prevent connecting rod jamming and structural damage.
