Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)

Installation: Clean the connecting rod bore, pin, and bushing, ensuring they are free of oil and metal shavings. Inspect the bushing for cracks, deformation, or alloy layer peeling, and ensure the inner bore is smooth and free of scratches.

For cold-press installation, the pressing force should be ≤100 kN. For hot-press installation, the heating temperature should be 80-100℃. Ensure the bushing is properly installed, with its end face flush with the connecting rod bore, without any misalignment. After installation, the inner bore roundness should be ≤0.02 mm.

After installation, add NLGI 2 lithium-based grease and run for 1 hour, checking for abnormal heating or noise at the hinge joint.

Maintenance: Check the lubrication status every 500 hours and replenish grease. Check the bushing wear every 2000 hours. Replace the bushing immediately when the inner bore wear exceeds 0.15 mm to prevent excessive wear on the pin and connecting rod.

Use a dedicated pulling tool during disassembly to avoid damaging the bushing and connecting rod bore. Do not hammer or strike the bushing to prevent deformation or alloy layer peeling.
