Use cold pressing or hot mounting (heat the outer ring to 80–100℃). Avoid impacts that could damage the raceway. When cold pressing, use specialized tooling to distribute force evenly.
After assembling with the inner ring and roller assembly, adjust the axial clearance (0.02–0.05 mm) to meet the machine model’s maintenance manual requirements to prevent bearing seizure or accelerated wear.
It is recommended to check the bearing temperature and vibration every 2000 hours. If high temperature (>80℃) or abnormal vibration occurs, disassemble and inspect immediately, and replace the worn outer ring.
