Installation and Fitting Points:
Clean the journal and bearing housing bore, ensuring no burrs or rust. Journal roughness Ra≤0.8μm, bearing housing bore roughness Ra≤1.6μm.
Hot-fit the inner ring (80-100℃). Do not directly strike the inner ring. After installation, allow it to cool to room temperature before assembling the outer ring.
After installation, check for radial runout ≤0.02mm, axial runout ≤0.03mm, and no jamming or abnormal noise.
Align the lubrication holes and oil passages to ensure unobstructed lubrication. After installation, add lubricating oil to the oil level line.
