Its compact size is suitable for confined installation spaces, facilitating press-fitting. It is used in conjunction with retaining rings and bushings to ensure joint connection accuracy and sealing performance.

Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, clean the inner and outer surfaces of the bearing, the shaft, and the housing bore. Check for cracks, rust, and deformation. Measure the dimensions of the housing bore (75 mm, H7 tolerance) and the shaft (50 mm, h7 tolerance) to ensure an interference fit of 0.010-0.025 mm.

Use cold press-fit installation. Apply pressure evenly to the bearing end face using a special press tool. Do not strike the ball surface. After installation, check for smooth rotation, no jamming or abnormal noise, axial movement ≤0.05 mm, and a ball-to-bore fit ≥90%. Maintenance and Replacement: Check wear and lubrication condition every 1000 hours. If the inner diameter wear is >0.2 mm or the spherical surface peels off, replace immediately. It is recommended to replace it at the same time as the shaft and seals to ensure the joint connection accuracy and sealing effect.
