Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation Specifications: Clean the journal and bearing housing bore to remove oil and rust. Journal roughness Ra ≤ 0.8μm, roundness ≤ 0.01mm. Use hot mounting (bearing heated to 80-100℃) or cold mounting (shaft cooled to -20℃). Do not directly strike the bearing inner or outer rings.
After installation, check the radial clearance to ensure it is within group C3. Ensure the bearing end face and shaft shoulder fit tightly without gaps. Tighten the bearing housing bolts to the torque specified in the equipment manual (usually 80-100 N·m).
Maintenance Recommendations: Every 1000 working hours, check: bearing temperature (≤80℃), vibration value (≤5mm/s), and grease condition. If abnormal, replenish or replace the grease immediately. Replace the grease every 2000-3000 working hours (grease lubrication). Genuine 207-2311 bearings must be used; ordinary self-aligning roller bearings cannot be substituted to avoid insufficient load capacity and poor self-aligning performance leading to premature bearing failure and transmission component malfunctions.
