Installation and Fitting Points
**Before installation, clean the journal, inner ring, outer ring, and roller assembly to remove iron filings and oil.** Cold press installation is required; pressure ≤20kN. Do not strike the inner or outer ring end faces to avoid deformation.

Journal fit tolerance: k6. Interference between the inner ring and shaft: 0.015-0.030mm. After installation, the inner ring end face should fit snugly against the shaft shoulder without gap, and rotation should be smooth.

During installation, the cage opening should face the non-positioning end. The clearance between the outer ring and bearing housing should be 0.005-0.015mm to ensure space for thermal expansion and contraction.

Use a dedicated puller for disassembly to avoid damaging the journal/bearing housing. When replacing, check the journal wear to be ≤0.05mm; if it exceeds this tolerance, replace the shaft simultaneously.
