Installation and Fitting Points
**Before installation, clean the journal, inner ring, outer ring, and roller assembly to remove iron filings and oil.** Cold press installation is required; pressure ≤25kN. Do not strike the inner or outer ring end faces to avoid deformation.

Journal fit tolerance: k6. Interference fit between the inner ring and the shaft: 0.018-0.035mm. After installation, the inner ring end face should fit snugly against the shaft shoulder without gaps, and rotation should be smooth.

Bearing housing fit tolerance: J7. Interference fit between the outer ring and the bearing housing: 0.008-0.018mm, ensuring space for thermal expansion and contraction.

Adjust axial clearance during installation to 0.020-0.035mm. Use a dedicated puller for disassembly to avoid damaging the journal/bearing housing.
