Installation and Fitting Points:
The mounting holes should be clean and free of burrs. Cold pressing or heating installation (heat the bushing to 80-100℃) is recommended. The interference fit should be 0.035-0.050mm. Directly striking the bushing end face is prohibited to avoid damaging the alloy layer.

Before installation, check that the bushing’s inner and outer circle coaxiality is ≤0.02mm, the end face flatness is ≤0.03mm, and the alloy layer is free of peeling and pores.

After assembly, the bushing should not rotate relative to the mounting hole, and the clearance with the pin should be 0.05-0.10mm. There should be no jamming or abnormal noise during swinging.

Use a special puller to remove the bushing. Do not pry the edge of the bushing. When replacing, check the wear of the mounting hole. If the wear is greater than 0.05mm, the support needs to be repaired or replaced.
