Structure and Core Functions

Seal Fixation: Serves as a connecting cage between the differential pinion housing and the fork-shaped seal. Securely fastened with bolts, it firmly fixes the seal between the pinion shaft and the housing, preventing seal displacement and leakage (Cat®…).

Seal Enhancement: Works with the fork-shaped seal to form a double-seal structure, preventing gear oil leakage from the gap between the housing and the pinion shaft, while also preventing the intrusion of external dust, moisture, and other impurities, protecting the internal gears and bearings of the differential.

Positioning and Load Bearing: Precisely positions the seal installation position, ensuring a tight fit between the sealing lip and the pinion shaft, while also bearing the lateral forces generated by the rotation of the seal and shaft, extending the seal’s service life.
