Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)
Installation: Clean the shaft diameter and bearing housing bore, ensuring no scratches or rust on the surface. Shaft diameter tolerance: k6; bearing housing bore tolerance: H7.
Use the hot-fit method (oil temperature 80-100℃). Do not strike. After installation, check end face runout ≤0.05 mm.
After installation, add NLGI 2 lithium-based grease and run under no-load for 5-10 minutes to ensure no jamming or abnormal noise.
Maintenance: Check bearing operation every 1800 hours. Replace immediately if temperature rise exceeds 40℃ or abnormal noise occurs.
Check grease condition every 500 hours. Clean the grease filler nozzle when replenishing to prevent contaminants from entering.
