Assembly Fit: Interference fit with the shaft (0.015-0.025 mm). After installation, the bearing and journal locating surface should be in contact (deviation ≤0.1 mm). It is recommended to use a bearing heater (80-100℃) for heat fitting. Cold installation and forceful hammering are strictly prohibited. Working clearance: 0.08-0.12 mm.

Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, clean the bearing, journal, and mounting seat. Check for cracks, raceway pitting, or roller damage. Heat the inner ring with an 80-100℃ heater. After 15-20 minutes, heat-fit the bearing to the journal and use a dial indicator to check the coaxiality to ≤0.03 mm.

After installation, test for smooth, unrestricted rotation. Perform a 30-minute no-load test run, monitoring the temperature to ≤80℃. Check every 1500 hours. Replace immediately if raceway wear >0.15 mm, or if peeling or abnormal noise occurs.

The initial grease filling should be 1/3 of the bearing volume. Replenish every 1000 hours. In dusty/humid conditions, shorten the interval to 500 hours. Avoid mixing different types of grease.
