Installation and Maintenance Points:
**Before installation, clean the shaft diameter, bearing housing, and bearing to remove oil, rust, and burrs. For the inner ring, heat-fit (80-100℃); for the outer ring, heat-fit (cold-fit). Use specialized installation tools and avoid hammering. Ensure the dust cover fits snugly. Control the preload force to 50-80 N·m, and ensure the clearance meets CN requirements.

After installation, check for radial runout ≤0.02 mm and axial movement ≤0.03 mm. Perform a 1-hour trial run; the bearing temperature should be ≤80℃, with no abnormal noise or leakage.

Maintenance: Check the clearance and seal every 2000 hours. Replace immediately if the clearance is >0.04 mm or the dust cover is damaged. Add grease every 500 hours, filling the bearing cavity to 1/3-1/2 full to avoid excessive grease leading to overheating.
