Installation and Fitting Points:
* The bearing should have an interference fit with the mounting hole (interference 0.010–0.020 mm) and a clearance fit with the pin (clearance 0.030–0.050 mm) to ensure smooth and unobstructed rotation.
* Use a dedicated pressing tool to press the bearing in smoothly, avoiding striking the bearing end face. After installation, the bearing end face should be flush with the structural component plane, without skewing or looseness.
* Before installation, clean the bushing, mounting hole, and pin. Check the bushing for cracks, deformation, and peeling of the anti-friction layer.
* Radial positioning is achieved through the mounting hole, and axial positioning is achieved through the structural component step. After installation, the hinge should rotate smoothly without jamming, and the radial runout of the pin should be ≤0.06 mm.
