Suitable for: Oil pipe joint sealing: Installed at the high-pressure oil pipe joint of the air compressor, it seals with an O-ring through threaded fastening to prevent high-pressure oil/air leakage, ensuring normal oil supply and stable operating pressure of the air compressor.

Working conditions: Suitable for heavy-duty construction machinery, mining equipment, generator sets, and other high-pressure, high-vibration conditions, providing reliable sealing and vibration protection for air compressor oil circuit connections.

Compatibility: Used with 2L-5969 oil pipe joint and 2L-5971 sealing gasket; when replacing, the integrity of the joint threads, the aging condition of the O-ring, and the sleeve installation torque must be checked simultaneously.

Installation and Maintenance Points

Installation Steps:
Clean the threads of the sleeve and oil pipe connector, install a new O-ring (φ12×2mm), and apply a small amount of thread sealant (Loctite 567);
Screw the sleeve into the connector, tightening in two steps at a torque of 25-30 N·m;
After checking for leaks, start the engine and test at idle and rated speed to ensure there are no abnormal oil/air pressures.

Maintenance Cycle: Check every 1500 hours under standard operating conditions; shorten to 800 hours under harsh operating conditions (high temperature, high pressure, high vibration). Focus on checking for loose threads, aging O-rings, and sleeve deformation.

Replacement Standard: Replace the sleeve if it has cracks, stripped threads, inner diameter wear exceeding 0.1mm, or damaged sealing surface. It cannot be repaired.
