Installation and Maintenance Points

Installation Specifications: Clean the inner ring, outer ring, and journal/housing bore. Heat-fit the inner ring (80–100℃), and cold-fit the outer ring. Control the pressing force at 12–18 kN. Do not strike the end face.

Journal tolerance: +0.005–+0.015 mm; Housing bore tolerance: +0.01–+0.025 mm. After installation, adjust the axial clearance to 0.05–0.1 mm.

After assembly, apply NLGI 2 lithium-based grease to ensure adequate lubrication.

Maintenance Recommendations: Check the operating status every 800 working hours, observing for abnormal noises, temperature rise, and sealing conditions.
