Maintenance: Check radial clearance every 2000 hours. Replace immediately if clearance > 0.10 mm.

Replenish grease every 2500 hours. In harsh conditions (dusty, humid), shorten this to 1000 hours/cycle to prevent dry friction on the raceways.
