Installation and Fitting Points:
The bushing has an interference fit with the cylinder block mounting hole (interference 0.015–0.025 mm) and a clearance fit with the camshaft (clearance 0.025–0.045 mm) to ensure smooth operation.

Use a dedicated press to press smoothly, using the flange end for positioning. Do not strike the flange face. After installation, the flange end face should be flush with the cylinder block plane, without skewing or warping.

Before installation, clean the bushing, cylinder block mounting hole, and camshaft. Check the bushing for cracks and deformation, ensure the friction-reducing layer is intact and free of scratches, and check for blockages in the lubrication grooves.

The bushing is positioned radially by the cylinder block mounting hole and axially by the flange end face. After installation, check that the camshaft rotates freely, the valve lifters move synchronously, and the oil passages are unobstructed.
