Installation: Clean the bearing and mounting base, ensuring they are free of oil and metal shavings. Inspect the bearing for deformation and cracks, and check for any detachment or damage to the liner.

Cold press installation (pressing force ≤ 60 kN). Do not hammer or strike. Ensure an interference fit (interference 0.010-0.020 mm). Ensure the bearing is properly seated without misalignment.

After installation, check the inner diameter and roundness. Apply NLGI 2 lithium-based grease and run for 20 minutes, monitoring for any abnormal heating or noise.

Maintenance: Check the bearing wear and lubrication condition every 800 hours. Replace the bearing immediately if the liner wear exceeds 0.4 mm or the clearance exceeds 0.04 mm.

Replenish grease regularly. Use specialized tools during disassembly to avoid prying, which could deform the bearing or damage the liner.
