Articulation Positioning and Wear Resistance: As an intermediate component between the pin and mounting hole, it ensures precise positioning of the articulation point, reduces direct friction between the pin and the hole, lowers the wear rate, and adapts to frequent swaying conditions such as boom lifting and extending of the telescopic boom forklift.

Buffering and Vibration Reduction: The carbon steel material possesses a certain degree of toughness, which can buffer impact loads during operation, reduce vibration and noise at the articulation points, improve operating comfort, and protect surrounding structural components.

Clearance Compensation: A well-designed radial clearance ensures smooth operation of the hinged joints while compensating for manufacturing and installation errors, adapting to different motion requirements under various operating conditions.

Installation Specifications: Clean the bushing, pin, and mounting hole surfaces, removing oil, rust, and impurities. Inspect the bushing for cracks, deformation, and scratches on the inner wall. Measure the mounting hole dimensions to ensure an interference fit (0.015-0.025mm) to prevent loosening.

Use a special tool to press the bushing into the mounting hole; do not strike it. Ensure the bushing end face is flush with the mounting surface, without skewing. After installation, check that the pin inserts smoothly, swings freely, and does not jam.

Apply lithium-based grease after installation to ensure sufficient lubrication of the hinged joints, reducing friction and wear. Select a suitable viscosity grease for medium-load conditions, such as lithium-based grease NLGI 2.
