Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)

Installation: Clean the sealing surface and O-ring, ensuring they are free of oil, metal shavings, or scratches. Inspect the end cap for deformation and cracks, and the O-ring for damage and aging.

When installing the O-ring, apply a small amount of hydraulic oil, align the positioning stop with the port, and tighten the bolts evenly. The tightening torque is 45-50 N·m, avoiding excessive localized force that could deform the sealing surface.

After installation, perform a pressure test (pressure 35 MPa, hold for 5 minutes). No leakage indicates合格 (qualified). Run the machine for 1 hour, monitoring for abnormal heating and leakage.

Maintenance: Check the end cap tightness and sealing condition every 1000 hours. Tighten any loose bolts immediately. Replace any aged or damaged O-rings immediately.
