Installation and Maintenance Points:
Before installation, clean the inner bore of the sleeve and the handrail pivot, checking for scratches/deformation. Apply Cat MTO-1000 grease to the inner bore of the sleeve. During installation, use a special tool to press it in (pressure ≤ 5 kN) to avoid damaging the inner bore with impact.

Tighten the fixing bolts diagonally to a torque of 25 N·m. After installation, check that the handrail rotates smoothly without jamming, with axial movement ≤ 0.1 mm and radial runout ≤ 0.05 mm.

Check the sleeve wear every 2000 hours (replace when the inner bore diameter wear > 0.1 mm). If loosening is found, immediately retighten the bolts to prevent the handrail from falling off.
