Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, clean the inner and outer surfaces of the component, the shaft, and the mounting hole. Check for cracks, rust, and deformation. Measure the dimensions of the mounting hole (46 mm, H7 tolerance) and the shaft (34 mm, h7 tolerance) to ensure an interference fit of 0.010-0.025 mm.

Use cold pressing for installation. Apply even pressure to the component end face using a special press to ensure the locking ring is fully embedded in the shaft groove. After installation, check for smooth rotation, ensuring no jamming or abnormal noise, axial movement ≤0.05 mm, and needle roller-shaft fit ≥90%. Maintenance and Replacement: Check the wear and lubrication condition every 1000 hours. If the inner diameter wear is >0.2 mm or the needle rollers peel off, replace them immediately. It is recommended to replace them at the same time as the shaft and seals to ensure the accuracy and sealing effect of the roller mechanism.
