Structure and Fitting Characteristics:
Elastic Axial Locking: 65Mn spring steel provides stable elastic tension, fitting snugly against the shaft groove after installation, effectively absorbing vibration and impact, preventing axial movement of components, suitable for long-term locking requirements under heavy-duty conditions.
Precise Dimensional Fit: Strict groove diameter and width matching, no loosening after installation, suitable for positioning key components such as hydraulic cylinder pistons and bearing inner rings, ensuring transmission accuracy and sealing performance.
Anti-loosening and wear-resistant design: Galvanized passivation surface treatment enhances corrosion resistance, suitable for dusty and humid outdoor working conditions, reducing disassembly difficulties caused by rust and extending component lifespan.
Compatible Models and Application Scenarios
Hydraulic Cylinders: Compatible with the piston seal positioning of the boom cylinder and stick cylinder of 320GC and 330GC excavators, used to lock the guide sleeve and sealing components, preventing component displacement caused by pressure impact.
Gearboxes: Compatible with the bearing positioning of the input and output shafts of the gearboxes of 966K and 972K loaders, used to fix the bearing inner ring, ensuring shaft transmission stability and reducing vibration wear.
Chassis Pins: Compatible with the axial locking of the balance beam pins and track frame connecting rod pins of D6N and D7E bulldozers, used to prevent axial movement of the pins during swinging, ensuring reliable chassis structural connections.
Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)
Installation: Clean the shaft groove and retaining ring, ensuring no oil stains or iron filings remain. Inspect the retaining ring for cracks, deformation, or rust, and ensure the opening elasticity is normal. Use dedicated snap ring pliers to compress the retaining ring opening, insert it into the shaft groove, and then release it. Ensure the retaining ring is fully embedded in the groove without protrusions or misalignment. The axial clearance after installation should be ≤0.05 mm.
Do not use a hammer to strike the retaining ring during installation, as this may deform or break it, affecting the locking effect.
Maintenance: Check the retaining ring’s elasticity and surface condition every 1500 hours. Replace it immediately if deformation, cracks, or corrosion are found to prevent parts from falling off and causing malfunctions.
Use dedicated tools during disassembly to avoid damaging the shaft groove or retaining ring. After multiple disassemblies and reassemblies (≥5 times), it is recommended to replace the retaining ring to ensure elastic locking performance.
