Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)
Installation: Clean the pin and mounting hole (free from oil, rust, and impurities). The sleeve and mounting hole should have an interference fit (interference 0.015-0.025 mm). Use a press to evenly press the sleeve in (do not strike). After installation, check for smooth rotation (no jamming or abnormal noise). Add Cat Moly-Dee No. 2 lithium-based grease until the oil groove is full.
Maintenance: Check the grease level every 1000 hours and replenish as needed. Check the sleeve wear every 2000 hours; replace the sleeve when the inner diameter wear exceeds 0.3 mm. Avoid overload operation (loads exceeding the rated value can easily cause sleeve deformation) and prevent pin misalignment (which exacerbates localized wear). Troubleshooting: Rotational jamming is often due to insufficient lubrication or worn sleeves; add grease or replace the sleeve. Excessive clearance is due to long-term wear; replace the sleeve and check the pin wear. Abnormal noise is often due to misaligned installation; correct the installation accuracy and re-press-fit.
