Installation and Fitting Points:
Bearings should have an interference fit with the shaft, with an interference of 0.008-0.015 mm; and a transition fit with the bearing housing, with a clearance of 0-0.012 mm. Cold fitting or press fitting should be used, with a pressure ≤60 kN. Do not strike the inner/outer ring.
Before installation, clean the journal and bearing housing bore, ensuring they are free of burrs, oil stains, and rust. Inspect the bearing raceway for scratches and pitting, and check the cage for deformation.
After installation, ensure the bearing end face aligns with the locating surface, with a coaxiality ≤0.02 mm. Operation should be smooth without jamming or abnormal noise, and axial displacement should meet design requirements.
