Installation and Maintenance Points
Before installation, clean the pin and bearing housing bore, checking for burrs and rust. Measure the housing bore diameter (63.5 mm) and bushing outer diameter, ensuring an interference fit of 0.015-0.025 mm. Use a press-fit method (pressure ≤50 kN) to avoid damaging the self-lubricating layer with impacts.

After installation, check that the bushing end face is flush with the seat hole, and the clearance between the inner hole and the pin is 0.03-0.05 mm to ensure smooth operation. Install the retaining ring and dustproof ring to prevent foreign objects from entering.

Maintenance: Check the bushing wear every 1500 hours. If the wear of the inner hole exceeds 0.2 mm, replace it immediately. For self-lubricating types, add a small amount of lithium-based grease every 2000 hours to extend service life.
